How to make a complaint
City and Hackney GP Confederation is committed to proactively building continuous and meaningful engagement with its member practices, Commissioners, stakeholders, service users and other providers of health and social care services in City and Hackney.
The GP Confederation treats all complaints seriously and view complaints as a positive opportunity to learn from and improve the way in which it carries out its functions.
The GP Confederation Complaints policy covers complaints made by service users and their representatives about services provided by the GP Confederation.
The policy also covers complaints made by the GP Confederation member practices, Commissioners, partner organisations, patients or their representatives in relation to the contracts managed by the GP Confederation on behalf of its member practices.
The policy does NOT cover complaints about GP practices. Any complaints about these services should be referred to the relevant GP Practice. Complaints about GP practices can also be made directly to NHS England (NHS England » Complaining to NHS England).
