About Us

 

Elm Practice is a well-established NHS GP surgery in North Hackney with approximately 3100 registered patients. We are a friendly, supportive practice that has a record of good performance against local and national requirements as well having as a committed multi-professional team. Our practice was ranked top in City and Hackney for percentage of patients saying their overall experience was good in the most recent GP Patient survey. We use the Emis Web clinical system. Our ethos is working together to:

The Position

 

1 clinical session on either a Tuesday or Wednesday

 

The Offer

 

Elm Practice is looking for an energetic, innovative doctor to join our fantastic team.
• 6 weeks annual leave pro rata
• 1 week study leave pro rata
• Monthly practice meeting
• Access to clinical Friday lunchtime education online sessions by CCG
• We are a member of a well-developed PCN, Hackney Downs with access to an extensive clinical and wellbeing team which include
Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy technician, First Contact Physiotherapists, social prescribers, Mental Health OT, well being practitioner and health and well being coach who work to provide the best patient care
• An experienced, efficient administrative team working hard to support the clinical team and trained to use CPCS pathway
• On-site parking/good public transport links
• Salary negotiable depending on clinical experience and skills
• Start July/August 2023
• Salary £10,500 per annum (including London weighting)
